Refund Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
14 days to tell us
Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel. The count starts on the day the parcel is delivered, and the 14th day is included. Send your order number, plus a photo or short video if the item is damaged or not what you ordered.
How refunds work in practice
If the problem is on our side — the item arrived damaged, faulty, the wrong item, or the parcel never arrived — we refund you, including the shipping fee.
If you simply changed your mind and the item is fine, you can still ask within the same 14 days. In that case we refund the item price but not the shipping fee.
In either case our support team tells you, before you do anything, whether the item has to be sent back and who pays the return postage. We check the tracking record first, and for damaged or wrong items we ask for a photo or short video.
We may decline a refund where a claim is clearly abusive — for example the same buyer repeatedly reporting the same problem, refusing to provide any evidence, or items that were clearly used before the claim. This does not take away any right you have under Malaysian consumer law.
When you get a refund
- The item arrived damaged, faulty, or is clearly different from the product page.
- You received the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
- The parcel never arrived and the courier confirms it is lost.
When we cannot refund
- You changed your mind after using the item, or it was damaged after delivery.
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since the parcel was delivered.
Refund timing and shipping costs
Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal within 3-5 working days. If the problem came from our side or the courier, we cover the cost. If a return shipment is needed for another reason, the return postage is paid by the customer.

Your rights with your payment provider
Our 14-day window is our own policy; it does not remove any right you have under PayPal's buyer protection or Malaysian consumer law.
